Warranty, Exchange and Return Policies - CURIONI
Delivery Time All CURIONI products are handcrafted to order, with a maximum production time of 60 days (from the payment of the deposit). The delivery time and cost will be informed at the time of finalization of the purchase. We serve the entire Brazilian territory.
Shipping We quote shipping with partner companies and consider the best cost for our customers. This amount is added to the budget and divided into installments in favor of our customers. We only work with carriers that have insurance and do not require an exemption letter. In addition, our products are inspected and packed with care and attention to the most fragile points. Despite this, accidents can happen and CURIONI is not responsible for occurrences with carriers. If you notice any damage, refuse the merchandise and contact us immediately to request the return and activation of the insurance.
Warranty CURIONI products have a 1-year warranty (for the structure), including the legal period of 90 days, counted from the date of issuance of the Invoice to the consumer. This warranty covers manufacturing defects detected after receipt.
The warranty does not cover:
Wear and tear from heavy use or exposure to adverse conditions;
Damage caused during improper assembly or lack of proper maintenance;
Oxidation or corrosion due to weather, humidity or sea air.
CURIONI undertakes to fulfill all replacements within a maximum period of 60 days after confirmation of the report, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.
Exchanges and Returns
By Regret or Withdrawal:
Deadline of up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt;
Product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, accompanied by the Invoice and all accessories;
If a second visit is required for collection, additional transportation costs may be charged.
For Manufacturing Defects:
Request must be made within the 1 year warranty period;
Returned products will be analyzed by the CURIONI team;
If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer, with the buyer being responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the defect is confirmed and there is no possibility of repair or exchange, the customer may choose to:
Cancellation of the purchase with full refund of the amounts paid; or
Credit for future purchases.
General Recommendations
Check the product upon receipt. If you identify problems such as damaged packaging, damaged product or product that does not match the order, refuse receipt and contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for carriers contracted directly by the customer.
